To put this into context, it was a beautiful sunny day, 35 degrees, and we had stopped to lie on the grass in the shade of this old pine tree after walking in the botanic gardens.
It’s a little bit soft at 100% size as I was trying to maximise depth of field, so the shutter speed wasn’t quite happening in the shade.
